Student Support

Use these steps when you need help with your EZCES account or continuing education course.

Account access

  • Use the Student Dashboard to sign in or register.
  • Use the lost-password link on the login page if you cannot access your account.
  • Keep your nursing license information current under Edit Account.

Course completion

  • Complete the full course content before continuing to the next required step.
  • Complete any required quiz or evaluation shown in the course sequence.
  • Return to your dashboard to view available completion records and certificates.

Technical support

If a course does not load or your completion does not appear, email ezces@yahoo.com. Include your name, the course title, the device and browser you used, and a screenshot when possible.
